基于PWM的高压直流电源设计

摘要 在单相PWM交流变换电路分析的基础上,首先根据给定的系统参数指标,完成了三相交流斩波电路与12脉波整流器的设计;其次在Matlab/Simulink环境下,搭建了系统仿真模型.仿真结果表明,该直流电源在输入电压及负载变化时,能够快速响应,输出稳定;最后研制了实验样机,实验结果表明该电路的输出稳定,精度高,从而验证了本文的正确性和实用性. On the basis of a single-phase PWM AC conversion circuit analysis, firstly the three-phase AC chopper circuit with 12-pulse rectifier design is completed under a given system parameter index; and then a system simulation model in Matlab/Simulink environment is built. The simulation results show that the DC power can respond quickly and has a stable output while the input voltage and the load changes. Finally, an experimental prototype is developed. Experimental results show that the output of this circuit is stable and highly precise, so as to verify its correctness and practicability.
