摘要
新疆生产建设兵团担负着国家赋予的屯垦戍边的重要职责,在促进地方经济发展、维护社会稳定、巩固边防等方面做出了巨大的贡献。兵团各农牧团场地处偏远、条件艰苦,为改善团场职工生产生活条件、稳定职工队伍,开展"气化兵团"工程。分析了兵团天然气利用现状,明确天然气利用范围,指出兵团在天然气利用方面存在的问题及解决办法;兵团各行业天然气用气需求,合理预测未来发展趋势。根据兵团还未利用天然气团场的实际情况,推荐较为可行的CNG(压缩天然气)或LNG(液化天然气)供应方式,给出相关工程量,根据对总体工程进行逐年任务部署和投资匡算,给出可行的资金筹措方案,并对工程的实施提出建议。
Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps have the responsibilities of farming and defending the frontier. The Corps has made a great contribution to promote local economic development, maintain social stability and consolidate frontier defense. The farms and fields of the Corps are generally remote and have harsh conditions. In order to improve the production and living conditions of workers in farms and stabilize them, ‘Corps Gasification' project is necessary. First of all, this paper analyzes the natural gas utilization status of the Corps, clarifies the scope of gasification and points out some problems about the use of natural gas in the Corps.At the same, the solutions to the problems are given. Secondly, a detailed analysis has been taken about the natural gas demand in various industries and future trends have also been predicted. Thirdly, according to the actual situation of the farms which have not been gasified, a more feasible way of CNG or LNG supply has been recommended. The engineering quantity of the project has been given. Besides, the yearly task deployment and investment calculations of the overall project have been conducted. A viable financing plan has also been given. Finally, a number of recommendations are made for implementation of the project.
