摘要
通过文献研究,回顾和总结了有关心理资本的概念界定、心理资本结构、测量,分析了国内高校大学生心理资本的研究视角、方法与应用价值。建议应将发展与培养大学生心理资本作为高等教育的重要目标和内容。并指出心理资本在大学生素质教育与就业能力提升等方面的重要作用。
This paper reviews the conception ,content and measurement of psychological capital,analyzes the research perspec- fives,methods and applicathion of psychological capital of college students in china. The author proposes the following： the develop- ment and promotion of psychological capital of college students are importance objectives and content of higher education.It has the benefit of quality-oriented education and the employability of college student.
