摘要
斜极是抑制永磁同步电动机推力波动的有效手段。本文提出了通过优化斜极角度来抑制推力波动的方法。基于有限元磁场分析软件ANSOFT MEXWELL对永磁同步直线电动机进行3D参数化建模并进行有限元仿真。仿真结果证明了有关齿槽比的斜极对推力波动的影响规律。最后分析了斜极的结构与实现方法。
Oblique pole is the effective method to inhibit the thrust fluctuation of permanent magnet synchronous motor. The method of optimizing the oblique angle to suppress the thrust fluctuation was put forward. The 3D parametric modeling for permanent magnet synchronous linear motor was set up and simulated by finite elements based on ANSOFT MEXWELL. The simulation results proved the influence rule of the tooth rate of oblique pole on thrust fluctuation. The structure and implementation method of oblique pole were analyzed at last.
