原油加工过程中氯化物分布的调查分析 被引量:5

摘要 近年来国内原油中的有机氯化物组分有不断增加的趋势,对炼油加工装置的腐蚀危害较大。本文对惠州炼化原油与助剂的氯含量及一二次加工装置的氯分布做了调查分析。新近加工的原油中陆丰原油和新文昌原油的氯含量较高;常减压和焦化助剂中,除焦化破乳剂氯含量偏高外,常减压装置助剂的氯均在10 mg/kg以下。常顶油中的氯主要为有机氯。焦化破乳剂对放空水和冷切焦水中的氯离子贡献较大。煤柴油加氢和汽柴油加氢单元酸性水中的氯主要来源于重整氢,蜡油加氢裂化单元酸性水中的氯主要来源于原料,重整预加氢单元酸性水中的氯来源于原料与重整氢。催化与焦化装置酸性水中的氯基本全部来源于原料中氯化物的分解。 The organic chlorides in domestic crude tend to increase, which have large damage to the corrosion of the refining units. This article discusses and analyses the chlorides content in crude oil and different additives in the refining units and the distribution of chlorides in the refining units of CNOOC Huizhou Refinery. The chloride contents of Lufeng and new Wenchang crude is relatively high in crude oil recently processed by Huizhou Refinery. The chloride content of demulsifier in I)CU is relatively high, the chloride content of additives in CDU is less than 10 mg/kg in the additives used by CDU and DCU. The chlorides in straight- run naphtha mainly are organic chloride. Demulsifier injecting in DCU has big contribution to the chlorides content in blow down condensate, coke cooling water and coke cutting water. The chlorides of sour water in MHC processing kerosene and diesel and Hydrofining Unit of coker gasoline and diesel mainly come from hydrogen produced by reformer, the chlorides of sour water in a wax oil hydrogenation unit mainly comes from feedstock, the chlorides of sour water in pre - hydrogenation of CCR comes from feedstock and hydrogen produced by reformer.. The chlorides of sour water in FCCU and DCU basically come from decomposition of chloride in feedstock.
