摘要
针对大密度矿石或矿粉对车厢造成的冲击大,且物料在车厢内分布不匀、造成车厢偏载的问题,提出了在装车溜槽内部设置流量控制闸门的构想。通过液压缸对闸门开口的控制,以满足控制物料流量的大小和位置。对提高装车质量有着重要意义。
For large density of rock and mineral powder on the impact of large, and the material distribution around a car not divide evenly, carriage of partial load problem, put forward the loading chute set inside the flow control valve. Through the hydraulic cylinder to control the gate open, to meet the size and location control of material flow. This has important significance to improve the quality of loading.
