摘要
针对透平膨胀机整体叶轮叶片薄、扭曲大和叶片间隔小的特点,结合NX软件和五轴数控加工中心,实验验证了一种加工策略,从叶轮毛坯的成型到整体叶轮粗、精加工工艺参数的设置以及机床的应用都提出了有效的解决方法,这些技术已成功运用到多种整体叶轮的加工,并取得了预期效果。
