摘要
针对某型MPV车传动轴异响,进行了探索性试验研究。试验包括传动轴异响整车道路试验和传动轴异响台架试验两部分,台架试验的测试对象为转速波动率、中间支撑吊耳处振动加速度以及轴管径向跳动量这3个传动轴振动评估量。通过对试验结果的分析,建立了由传动轴引起的车内异响与传动轴振动评估量之间的关联,发现了针对不同故障引起的传动轴异响,各振动评估量的评估能力的差异,并提出了在台架上进行传动轴异响测试的方法。这些结论在汽车传动轴的异响检测、优化设计以及改进生产过程等工作中具有重要参考价值。
An exploratory experiment is carried out for the abnormal sound caused by automobile transmission shaft. The experiment is made up of two parts, vehicle road--test and transmission shaft bench--test. Three evaluation indexes of vibration are observed in the bench--test, and they are coefficient of rotate speed fluctuation, vibration acceleration at intermediate support and radial displacement of the shaft. From the comparison and analysis results, the correlation between abnormal sound in cars and the evaluation indexes of automobile transmission shaft vibration is confirmed. Each index has different performances in evaluating abnormal sound caused by different problems. These conclusions will be of great significance in abnormal sound detection, optimal design and improving the production process of automotive transmission shaft.
