Digital Modeling of ZA-type Dual-lead Worm

摘要 分析了ZA型双导程蜗杆的几何特征,根据转动时其齿面上的点做螺旋运动这一特性,建立了ZA型双导程蜗杆的数学模型;运用MATLAB进行计算,将计算结果导入SolidWorks软件中,生成三维实体造型,为ZA型双导程蜗杆的数控加工、有限元分析及动力学分析打下良好基础。 The geometrical characteristic of ZA--type dual--lead worm is analyzed. The mathematical model involving the ZA--type dual--lead worm is built based on the characteristic of the points of the tooth surface spiral motion during the rotation of the worm. The MATLAB is adopted to calculate the mathematical model and the calculation results are imported to SolidWorks software to generate the 3D solid modeling , which lay a good foundation for NC machining, finite element analysis and dynamic analysis of the ZA--type dual--lead worm.
