摘要
目的探讨短效及长效硝苯地平治疗妊娠高血压的临床效果。方法选取妊娠高血压患者60例作为研究对象,采取随机数字表法均分为对照组与试验组(n=30)。观察2组患者的临床效果。结果 2组患者治疗前的平均收缩压及平均舒张压无显著差异。2组患者治疗后的平均收缩压及平均舒张压较治疗前显著下降,而试验组的平均收缩压(121.8±9.7)mm Hg及平均舒张压(77.5±7.1)mm Hg较对照组(148.7±10.5)mm Hg、(86.7±8.6)mm Hg下降更加显著(P<0.05)。试验组较对照组相比,行剖宫产的患者数显著减少,顺产的患者数显著增多(P<0.05)。试验组较对照组相比,出现宫内窘迫及围生儿死亡现象显著减少(P<0.05)。结论长效硝苯地平与短效硝苯地平相比,临床效果更佳突出,降压明显,并能够长期维持,值得在临床范围内广泛推广。
Objective To explore and analyze the clinical efficacy of short-acting and long-acting nifedipine in the treatment of gestational hypertension. Methods Selected 60 patients with gestational hypertension treated in Child Health Hospital of Ganzhou from Dec 2011 to Dec 2013 as the study objects, and divided them into control group and experimental group by random number table method(n=30).Average sustotic pressure and diastolic pressure of experimental group were (121.8&#177;9.7)mmHg and (77.5&#177;7.1)mmHg, and average sustolic pressure and diastolic pressure of control group were (148.7&#177;10.5)mmHg and (86.7&#177;5.6)mmHg, The clinical efficacies of two groups were observed. Results The average systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of two groups before treatment had no significant differences.After treatment, average systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of two groups decreased significantly, and the decreased degree of experimental group was significantly higher than control group(P〈0.05).In experimental group, the number of patients undergoing cesarean delivery was significantly reduced comparing to control group, the number of patients undergoing birth was significantly increased, In experimental group, the emergence of fetal distress and perinatal child mortality were significantly reduced comparing to control group(P〈0.05). Conclusion The long-acting nifedipine comparing with short-acting nifedipine has better clinical results, the buck is obvious, and can be able to maintain in long-term, it should be popularized in the clinical range.
