摘要
从分析军队综合性疗养院的信息化现状与问题入手,提出新一代军队疗养院信息系统的建设思路、总体框架、重点内容等。通过杭州疗养院信息系统建设模式、成效分析,以及取得的初步成效,为加快推进我军疗养院信息化建设发展开拓了思路,积累了经验。
