摘要 国家工程技术研究中心作为国家创新体系和重大创新基地的重要组成部分,在实施国家创新驱动战略、促进我国产业结构调整和发展方式转变过程中起了重要作用,已成为国家科技发展能力的重要标志之一。国家石油天然气管材工程中心组建以来取得了很大成绩:研发多项创新技术与产品,技术创新能力显著提升;支撑国家重大工程,成果辐射、带动作用进一步增强;行业影响力不断提升,引领发展作用更加突出;实验检测能力显著提升,建成国际一流的工程化试验基地,开放性服务功能增强;自我发展能力逐步提升,造血功能初步形成;人才队伍素质稳步提升,结构更加合理。并针对中心组建过程中存在的问题,从科研、技术服务、机制等方面提出了下一步发展思路。 As an important integral part of the national creation system and key creation base, Chinese National Engineering Research Center for Petroleum and Natural Gas Tubular Goods plays an important role in the process to implement the country's creation-propelling strategy and promote adjustment of China's industrial structure and conversion of development pattern. It has become one of the benchmarks of the country's technological development. Chinese National Engineering Research Center for Petroleum and Natural Gas Tubular Goods has made remarkable achievements and developed a variety of new technologies and products since its establishment, with its capability for technological creation improved obviously. The center supported the nation's important projects and increased the industrial influence. With its leading role consolidated, the center has remarkably improved its capability for experiment and inspection and constructed the world's first-class engineering testing base, thus strengthening its service functions and potential for self development. This paper comes up with the center's development strategy for technological development, technological service and establishment of mechanism.
