摘要
建立了工程项目人际关系和项目管理绩效的影响因素及其指标体系,构建了人际关系对工程项目管理绩效影响的结构方程模型。利用问卷调查数据,运用SPSS17.0软件和LISREL8.8软件,对初始的结构方程模型进行验证和修正,得到最优结构方程模型。结果显示:过程绩效和各方满意绩效受人际关系各因子的正向影响;产品绩效只受到关系互动的正向影响,受到关系氛围和关系认知的间接影响,其中关系互动对产品绩效提升的贡献最大,对各方满意提升的贡献最小。
This paper establishes the influence factoring of interpersonal relationship and engineering project management performance and their index system ,and builds the structural equation model presenting the influence of interpersonal relationship on engineering project management performance .Based on the data from the questionnaire survey ,and using software SPSS17 .0 and LISREL8 .8 ,it verifies and corrects the initial model ,and gets the optimal model .The result shows as follows :process performance and all participants’s satisfaction are positively influenced by interpersonal relationship factors ;product performance is directly positively affected by relationship interaction ,and is indirectly influenced by relationship atmosphere and relationship cognition ;the contribution of relationship interaction to product performance is the largest ,and that to all participants’ satisfaction is the least .
