摘要
为了提高扫描激光雷达方位运动的精度和稳定性,首次对原有传动设计整体进行了分析,同时采取视传动系统刚体化的方法,利用有限元法对结构系统中传动箱的模态、谐响应及底盘的刚度进行了分析计算,得出原有设计的不合理之处;接着,参考上述结论,以原有方位传动布局为基础,将传动系统和结构系统分别进行了改进,将之前的一体式传动设计改为分体式,末级的涡轮蜗杆传动改为斜齿轮传动,再次使用同样的方法对改进结构系统中传动箱的模态、谐响应及底盘的刚度进行了分析计算,满足了工程需要,经试验验证,该传动系统稳定性更好,表明该设计的合理性和有效性,其设计方法对其他扫描式精密仪器的传动设计有一定的借鉴作用。
In order to improve the precision and stability of orientation motion of the laser radar,the original structure design was analyzed. Supposing the drive system is rigid,the modal,harmonic response and stiffness of the chassis were analyzed by using the method of finite element at the same time,and the disadvantages of the original design were found. Then,on the basis of the results above,the structure system of the drive design has been changed on the orientation drive layout; the integrated drive design changed into separated drive design and worm gear changed into helical gear,and the modal,harmonic response and stiffness of the chassis were analyzed and calculated by using the method of finite element for the second time,the results meet the project requirements. The results of the above analysis illustrate that the design is reasonable; and the result of the experience proves that the new design has better stability than the former and illustrates the reasonability and effectiveness,and the design method has some reference values for the drive design of other precision mechanics.
