摘要
基于"闽台校校企联合、岗课证三通"的视角,对建立和完善涵盖培养目标、培养机制、优化标准化课程模块、双师型师资团队、多元化实训场地的培养条件,对创新校企办学双元制、人才培养回炉制、政产学研合作制及国际商务人才培养模式等进行了探讨,对深化闽台"校校企"合作的国际商务人才培养模式的改革与发展具有重要意义。
Fujian and Taiwan "school - school - enterprise cooperation" talent training project breaks the single mode of "school - school cooperation" or "school - enterprise cooperation", provides a key direction and innovative idea for the reformation and exploration of international business talent training mode. This paper, based on the perspective of "Fujian and Taiwan schoolschool -enterprise cooperation and post - course - certificate integration", establishes the international business talent training model that covers training objectives, training mode, training conditions and training mechanism. To be specific, it improves the training objectives of intemationalization, high - quality and skills - orientation, reforms the training mode of course - based teaching, activity - based teaching and practice - based teaching, optimizes the training conditions of standardized curriculum modules, dual- qualified teaching teams and diversified training venues, innovates the training mechanism of college - enterprise coopera- tion dual - script system, talent training and refreshing system, and the government - industry - college - research cooperation system. Therefore it deepens the reform and exploration of Fujian and Taiwan "school -school- enterprise" cooperation international business personnel training mode.
