摘要
为了探讨剑麻提取液对砂糖桔采后防病效果以及对其品质的影响,利用剑麻提取液不同使用浓度对砂糖桔进行采后处理,同时与施保克进行对比。结果显示,当剑麻提取液使用量为250 m L时,可以有效降低果实腐烂率及绿霉病的发病率,降低果实贮藏期间的失重率;同时延缓砂糖桔贮藏期间TSS、TA及VC含量下降的速度,其效果与施保克相当。剑麻提取液对砂糖桔采后防病效果以及对品质保持方面的效果,均与使用浓度呈正相关。因此剑麻提取液在砂糖桔采后保鲜中具有潜在的应用价值。
The influences of Agave sisalana leaf extracts on postharvest disease and quality of Shatang mandarin were studied. Different concentrations of A. sisalana leaf extracts were used to soak Shatang mandarin placed at 25(±1)℃. Meanwhile Prochloraz was used to the control. The results showed that when the amount of extracts was 250 m L, the postharvest decay rate and the incidence of Penicillium digitatum effectively reduced, and the weightlessness rate fell. Meanwhile the decrease of contents of TSS, TA and VCslowed down. The effect of A. sisalana leaf extracts was equivalent to that of Prochloraz. The effects of postharvest diease prevention and quality were positively correlated with concentration of A.sisalana leaf extracts. So A. sisalana leaf extracts had value in postharvest fresh-keeping for Shatang mandarin.
