摘要
张家口发电厂6号机(300MW)的胶球清洗装置采用自旋转均布投球、旋转自清洁固定二次滤网和收球网、胶球自动计数等新技术进行改造,经试验测试和运行优化后投球率为20%,每分钟平均胶球循环率为100%,5分钟收球率达98%,水阻达到DLT581-95的要求,采用的硅胶胶球寿命可达半年以上,冬季可正常运行。对比试验表明,机组真空平均提高0.65k Pa,年平均节煤1.63gce/(k W·h),年节能效益165万元。
Ball Cleaning System of No. 6 Unit (300MW) of Zhangjiakou Power Plant, Datang International Company was reconstructed with new technologies, including auto gyrating device distributing balls uniformly, fixed secondary filter net and ball colleting net with a function of rotation and self-cleaning, automatic silica gel ball counter, etc. With experimental test and operating optimization, the ball launching rate is 20%, the average silica gel ball cycling rate per minute is 100%, the ball recycling rate every five minute is 98%, hydraulic resistance meets the requirement of DLT581 - 95, the life the lifespan of silica gel balls is over half a year. The reconstructed system could operate normally in winter. The contrasting experiment shows that the average vacuum of the Electric Generator 6 increases 0.65kPa in average, coal saving is 1.63gce/( kW . h) per year in average, the energy-saving benefit is RMB 1.65 million.
