摘要
financial management is an important part of enterprise management, plays a vital role in production, management, development of enterprises. However, the current financial management in our country the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises has a lot of problems. This paper analyzes the small and medium-sized enterprise financial management problems, and puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the financial management.
