摘要
随着地方本科院校承担科研项目数量的增多、科研项目类别的丰富,科技管理体系愈发完善。保证科研项目能高质量完成,促进学校科技创新体系的建设,是科研管理的一个重要职责。协同创新是当今科技创新的新范式,文章基于协同创新理论,分析了地方本科院校科研项目管理的特点与管理现状,提出地方本科院校科研项目管理协同创新的三条实现途径。
As the increasing number and categories of scientific research projects undertaken by local universities and colleges, the management system of it is getting better and better.There-fore, the significant responsibility for scientific research manage-ment is to ensure the high-quality performance of scientific re-search projects and to enrich the categories. Since collaborative innovation is the new model of technology innovation, the article has analyzed the features and situation of scientific research management of local universities and colleges,and has put for-ward the three methods to realize the collaborative innovation.
