摘要
针对四川川西地区井壁失稳的技术难题,参考强抑制性水基聚胺钻井液体系研究及应用现状,通过室内试验优选出适合该地区的聚胺抑制防塌钻井液体系,该体系具有良好的流变性、抑制性、抗温性、防塌性,并以先导性试验的方式在川西高庙4井、什邡115-1H井,石平2-1H井应用,取得了明显的效果。截至2013年11月,已经成功应用于122口井,基本解决了四川相关地区井下井壁失稳技术难题。
In consideration of the technical problem of borehole instability in the Southern Sichuan Area and referring to the research and the current situations of strong inhibitory water-based polyamine drilling fluid system,through the laboratory experiment,apolyamine anti-sloughing drilling fluid system suitable for the area was optimized.The optimized drilling fluid system has good rheology,inhibition,temperature resistance and anti-sloughing property.Obvious effects are achieved in pilot test in Well Gaomiao 4,Well Shifang 115-1H and Well Shiping 2-1H.Until November 2013,this drilling fluid system has been successfully used in 122 wells,it basically solve the technical problems of borehole instability in related areas in Sichuan.
