摘要
采用区间集合表示需求不确定性,提出集装箱轴幅式网络优化问题.引入风险系数,将含有区间系数的目标函数转化为确定性目标函数,建立混合整数区间线性规划模型.算例分析表明,区间集合可有效反映需求的不确定性,同时,最优决策随风险系数改变而不同,这有利于班轮公司决策者更为详细地了解网络优化结果的风险,从而谨慎规划网络.算例验证了模型的可行性.
Demand uncertainty was expressed by using interval set,and linear hub-spoke network optimization problem was put forward. Risk coefficient was introduced to transform subject function with interval coefficients into deterministic one,and a mixed integer linear programming model was constructed. Case analysis shows that interval set can reflect the demand uncertainty effectively,and meanwhile the optimal decision changes with risk coefficient,which can be helpful for liner company decision makers to realize the risks complied with optimal results so as to do network planning carefully.And the model is proved feasible.
