摘要
LED作为优质前照灯光源已在部分豪华轿车上使用,但在大型客车前照灯上的应用鲜有报道。相比小轿车,大型客车的结构特点非常有益于LED前照灯的光学和散热系统设计,因此更具技术和成本优势。以一款大型客车前照灯的LED光源替换设计为例,给出了各部分设计思路和实现方案,并对设计模型进行了计算验证分析,各项指标均满足国标要求。方案中利用传统的抛物面反射镜和柱状透镜进行组合光学设计,具有设计简单、易于加工和安装的典型特点,有利于大型客车LED前照灯的推广应用。
There are more and more cars equipped with LED lamps especially for luxury cars, but the application for the large coach is rarely reported. Due to the big installation space and rear engine, the optical and thermal designs are easier for large coaches. In this paper, we offer an alternative design for a headlamp of a large coach based on high-power LEDs. The light patterns at 25m are simulated and evaluated, which can satisfy the national standards very well. The optical system is composed of traditional parabolic reflectors and cylindrical lens, which is favorable for promotion and application due to the advantage of simple structure, easy processing and installation.
