摘要
无论是作为一种面对现实并根据现实采取行动的系统,还是作为一门完成任务的学问,或者是全体员工的工作,执行力贯穿于后勤工作的全过程,而每一个后勤职工的执行力水平都影响着后勤工作目标的实现。在后勤工作实践中,执行力问题一直是困扰后勤工作目标实现的重要问题之一,执行力不强,成为制约后勤管理工作无形的软肋。因此,通过打造强有力的执行力文化、构建强有力的执行力团队、培养后勤职工高度的认同感,不断提升后勤职工执行力已经迫在眉睫。
Executive ability exists in the whole process of logistics. Meanwhile, every staff executive level af- fects the realization of logistic' objectives. Practically, the problem of executive power is always one of the important issues which has hindered the realization of the logistic objectives. Nowadays, weak executive power has become an intangible weakness in the aspect of restricting the logistic management. Therefore, it is imminent to establish pow- erful executive culture, build up strong executive team, cultivate highly sense of identity of logistis staff and con- stantly improve the executive ability of logistics staff.
