摘要
在工程项目施工建设中,机具物资管理起着非常重要的作用。在实践过程中,只有规范、系统、细致地施行项目管理,践行全员参与模式,才能确保施工质量和效率,才能真正发挥机具物资管理的作用。简要分析了机具物资管理在工程项目施工建设中的重要性,阐述了其中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出一些建设性建议,以供参考。
The construction of the building projects, equipment materials management plays a very important role. In practice, only a standardized, systematic and detailed implementation of project management, full participation in practice mode, to ensure construction quality and efficiency, can really play a role in the management of equipment supplies. A brief analysis of the importance of material management in construction machinery construction project, describes the existing problems and make some constructive suggestions on this basis, for reference.
