为降低PVC生产电石单耗,采取了多项改造措施,包括氮气密闭循环输送电石灰、电石渣浆回收乙炔、废次氯酸钠回收乙炔及加料程序自动化改造等。介绍了改造的具体方案及实施效果,此外还简要介绍了生产管理方面的细节措施。
In order to reduce calcium carbide consumption in PVC production, some transformation measures were taken, including closed circulating and conveying calcium carbide dust by nitrogen, extracting acetylene from calcium carbide slurry, extracting acetylene from waste sodium hypochlorite solution, and automation improvement of feeding program. The specific programs of implementing the transformation and the result were introduced. The details of the management measures in PVC production were also briefly introduced.
