摘要
研制一种自动连续丝电爆法制备纳米金属粉体的装置.在初始充电电压为5-9kV时进行电爆实验,并对制得的纳米镍粉进行表征。结果表明:该装置可实现自动连续的电爆过程,制得的纳米镍体呈青灰色;粒径较小时,颗粒近似为正方体形,粒径较大时,颗粒为球形或类球形;增大初始充电电压可有效减小纳米镍粉颗粒粒径的分布范围:初始充电电压大于7kV时,可制得平均粒径小于30nm且粒径分布均匀的纳米镍粉.
A device for nano-particles production by auto-continuous wire electrical explosion was developed. A series of electrical explosion experiments were carried out with initial charging voltages of 5-9 kV. The prepared Ni nano-particles were characterized. The results show that the electrical explosion procedure can be realized automatically and continuously. Ni nano-particles prepared by the device are grey. The particles were approximately cube-shaped with small particle size, and were spherical or spheroidal with larger particle size. Increasing the initial charging voltage can reduce the distribution range ofNi nano-particles size effectively. When the initial charging voltage is greater than 7 kV, Ni nano-particles with average particle size of less than 30 nm and uniform particle size can be obtained.
