高原环境下不同人群成年男性运动方式、身体机能及相关分析 被引量:1

Effects of Different Sports on Physiological Function of Different Groups of People in Tibet

摘要 目的:探讨在高原缺氧条件下,不同运动方式对成年男性体型结构、血常规、肝脏、肾脏、血脂及肌肉等的影响,研究它们之间的相关性,并且得出回归方程。方法:以内地援藏3年以上男性为研究对象,与经过长期进化、已经与当地自然环境相习服的本地世居藏族男性进行对比,通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、实验测试法等研究方法进行研究。结果:1两组男性参与的运动项目存在显著性差异(P<0.01)。2对照组和实验组的体重、胸围、BMI、肺活量、脉搏出现极显著性差异(P<0.01);体重、胸围、肺活量、脉搏与因子2极显著性相关(P<0.01);BMI与因子2显著性相关(P<0.05)。3对照组和实验组的WBC、RBC、HB、PLT出现极显著性差异(P<0.01);RBC、HB、PLT与因子1和因子2极显著性相关(P<0.01);白细胞和因子2显著性相关(P<0.05)。4对照组和实验组的ALT、TB、DB、TP、ALB、BUN、TC、HDL、T、T/C、CK、LDH、AST出现极显著性差异(P<0.01),C出现显著性差异(P<0.05);CK、AST与因子1极显著性相关(P<0.01);ALT、TB、TP、ALB、BUN、Cr、UA、T、T/C、CK、AST与因子2极显著性相关(P<0.01);TB、LDH、UA与因子1显著性相关(P<0.05);TC与因子1和因子2极显著性相关(P<0.01);HDL与因子2极显著性相关(P<0.01),与因子1显著性相关(P<0.05)。结论:1两组男性参与的运动项目存在差别,内地援藏男性以大众体育项目为主,本地世居藏族男性多进行传统体育项目。2两组男性在体重、胸围、BMI、肺活量、脉搏等身体机能上存在差别。3两组男性的血常规存在差别。4两组男性在肝、肾、血脂、肌肉等器官机能上存在差别。5参与体育活动的类型会影响两组男性的体型结构和肝脏、肾脏、血脂及肌肉等器官。 Objectives:To study different sports on body structure, blood routine, liver, kidney, blood fat and muscle of aid- Tibet men under hypoxia in plateau environment, to study the correlation between them and to get the regression equation. Methods :Men who worked for more than three years in Tibet were the objects of the study. They were compared with local Tibetan men who,in the long-term evolution, have been used to the local notural environmen ,by using literature methods, questionaire surrey method, and experiment test method. Results:There are significant differences in kinds of sports between the mainland group of men and the local Tibetan men ( P 〈 0. 01 ). There are significant differences in body weight, chest circumference, BMI, vital capacity,pulse between two groups ( P 〈 13.01 ). There is correlation between the number 2 factor and Body weight, chest circumference, vital capacity, pulse ( P 〈 0. 01 ) and BMI ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There are significant differences in WBC ,RBC ,HB ,PLT between the mainland group of men and the local Tibetan men ( P 〈 0. 01 ). There is correlation between the number 1 factor , the number 2 factor and RBC ,HB ,PLT. There is correlation between the number 2 factor and WBC ( P 〈 0. 05 ). There are significant differences in ALT, TB, DB, TP, ALB, BUN, TC, HDL, T, T/C, CK, LDH, AST between two groups( P 〈 0. 01 ). Significant differences in C( P 〈 0. 05 ). There is correlation between the number 1 factor and CK ,AST ( P 〈 0. 01 ), correlation between the number 2 factor and ALT, TB, TP, ALB, BUN, Cr, UA, T, T/C, CK, AST ( P 〈 0. 01 ), correlation between the number I factor and TB, LDH, UA ( P 〈 0.05 ), correlation between the number 1 factor , the number 2 factor and TC ( P 〈 0. 01 ), correlation between the number 1 factor and TB, LDH, UA ( P 〈 0. 05 ), correlation between the number 2 factor and HDL( P 〈 0. 01 ), correlation between the number 1 factor and HDL( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion :
