摘要
以林区实况监测和森林火险气象预报预警为基础,结合林区基础数据分析空气湿度和土壤湿度,发布森林火险气象预警,并建立森林火灾档案信息库,形成覆盖全省各个林区的森林火险气象预警系统。系统以采集实况数据、预报因子、分发信息、数据库整合为核心,以"预防为主、积极消灭"的为总方针;提高森林火险等级预报精度,增强森林火灾的预警能力,有效遏制森林火灾的发生,努力把森林火灾次数和灾害损失降到最低,保障森林资源和生态环境安全。
Based on live monitoring and forest fire meteorology forecast and warning, combined with forest region base data, this system analyzed air humidity and soil moisture and released forest fire meteorology warning, and established a forest fire archives information database, covering all forest areas in the entire province. Focusing on collecting live data, forecasting factors, distributing information and integrating database, with “preventing first, eliminating actively”as a general policy, the system improved the forecast accuracy of forest fire danger rating, and enhanced the capacity of forest fire warning and effectively curbed the occurrence of forest fires, trying to put the forest fire frequency and disaster losses to a minimum and ensure the safety of forest resources and ecological environment.
