摘要
为了降低烧结工序的环境污染和能耗,提出了生产高镁碱性球团的构想。通过研究不同碱度条件下球团矿的抗压强度变化规律,得出R为1.0时高镁碱性球团的抗压强度最大(2 830 N/个);在此基础上又研究了熔剂种类对高镁碱性球团强度的影响,确定了白云石和石灰石搭配最佳,并分析了熔剂种类对高镁碱性球团矿显微结构的影响。
In order to reduce environmental pollution and energy consumption of the sintering process,the idea of producing high magnesium alkaline pellets is proposed. By studying the changes of compressive strength of sinter under different alkalinity conditions,the compressive strength of high magnesium alkaline pellets reaches the maximum 2 830 N / piece when R is 1. 0; And on this basis,the influence of flux types on strength of high magnesium alkaline pellet is studied,it is determined that the mix of dolomite and limestone is optimal and the effect of the flux types on microstructure of high magnesium alkaline pellets is analyzed.
