关节镜下“8”字缝线法治疗前交叉韧带胫骨髁间棘撕脱骨折 被引量:8

摘要 随着运动伤、交通事故的增多,前交叉韧带( an-terior cruciate ligament ,ACL)胫骨髁间棘撕脱骨折临床也越来越常见,占ACL损伤的1%~14%。严重的胫骨髁间棘骨折由于保守治疗无法达到解剖复位,骨折不愈合或者畸形愈合可导致ACL松弛和髁间窝撞击、膝关节功能障碍。骨折的解剖复位和有效固定是取得良好疗效的关键。2007年1月至2011年6月,作者采用“8”字缝线法治疗ACL胫骨髁间棘撕脱骨折32例,疗效满意,现报道如下。
