摘要
目的：评估改良腹部皮管在多指毁损伤中的临床疗效。方法2012年10月—2013年12月，应用改良腹部皮管修复11例多指毁损伤，切取皮管后，覆盖缺损处，皮管供区直接拉拢缝合。结果11例皮管全部成活，创面一期愈合。随访5～18个月，皮管外形与残指功能恢复满意。结论改良腹部皮管治疗多指毁损伤，具有供区损伤小，可操作性强，易于推广，安全有效等优点，值得临床推广应用。
Objective To evaluate the application of improved abdominal tubed pattern flap in repairing multiple fingers smashed wound. Methods From October 2012 to December 2013, 11 cases with multiple fingers smashed wound were repaired by improved abdominal tubed pattern flap. The harvested tubed pattern flaps were used to cover the defects. Donating sites were sutured directly. Results All tubed pattern flaps survived. Primary wound healing was observed. Followed by 5 to 18 months, all patients were satisfied with good form and function of disabled fingers. Conclusion Improved abdominal tubed pattern flap is popularized for easy operation, minimal donor morbidity, safety and effectiveness.
