摘要目的：观察替罗非班在急性冠脉综合征（ACS）患者冠状动脉支架术（PCI）中对冠状动脉血流的影响及安全性。方法：对我院2006年1月~2011年11月收治的1152例ACS患者行支架术,其中发生慢血流或无复流的应用替罗非班治疗后症状、心电图、TIMI血流恢复情况及其不良反应进行观察。结果：PCI术中发生慢血流43例,无复流1例,经冠状动脉内注射替罗非班后TIMI血流有效恢复43例。牙龈、穿刺部位渗血6例。结论：替罗非班对ACS患者冠状动脉支架术冠状动脉血流的改善效果显著,无严重不良反应,安全性好,可以明显改善支架置入术患者预后。
