摘要
近距离煤层分层开采时,上分层的开采势必会影响下分层先期布置的开拓巷道围岩的稳定。然而上分层开采造成的超前支承压力对下分层巷道影响的过程很难监测掌握。运用数值模拟软件FLAC建立模型,对上分层开采过程中工作面距离下分层巷道不同水平距离时下分层巷道围岩的垂直应力场、位移场、塑性区变化过程进行模拟分析,掌握其变化规律及活动频繁区,并对下分层巷道提出具体的补强措施,现场得到良好的应用效果。
When slicing the close distance seam, the mining of the above layer coal seam will influence the stability of the lower roadway which has been arranged before. But it was difficult to monitor and master the influences of the advanced support pressure caused by the above layered mining to the lower roadway. This paper used the software FLAC to establish model for numerical simulation, on mining the above layer coal seam process, vertical stress field, displacement field, plastic zone changing process of surrounding rock of the lower roadway were analysed separately when the given horizontal distances between working face and the lower roadway are different. The reg- ularity and activity area were also grasped. Detailed reinforcement countermeasures were also put forward for the lower roadway,and it has achieved good application effect.
