摘要
直纹渐变扭曲玻璃幕墙结构复杂多变,技术要求高,对设计、加工和施工具有极大挑战。哈尔滨某广场玻璃幕墙采用钢铝组合结构形式,通过平板玻璃平面拟合实现直纹渐变扭曲的外观造型;分格处通过竖向铝合金装饰线缓解渐变曲度;利用三维模型进行空间定位、下料,采用总成安装技术进行装饰线的整体安装,满足建筑师对外观的特殊要求,达到外形美观的效果,降低了工程成本,缩短了工期。
