摘要 为实现质量为100kg某型无人机的安全着陆,防止某型无人机受到过载冲击而损伤,设计了一种新型气囊来吸收无人机着陆时的冲击过载。首先完成了气囊囊体的设计,然后通过跌落实验模拟无人机着陆的气囊缓冲过程,运用动态测试仪记录缓冲过程的过载变化。试验结果表明,所设计的气囊能够符合实现无人机的平稳着陆,缓冲过程中最大过载10g,符合设计要求。 To achieve the safe UAV landing( weight 100 kg),and prevent the UAV being damaged by overload impact,a new airbag landing system was designed. First the airbag body was designed,and then the drop test was done to simulate the process of the airbag cushion at the landing of UAV. Dynamic tester recorded the buffering process. The test results show that the design can achieve the smooth landing of UAV,maximum overload is 10 g during buffering process,and the airbag system meets the UAV requirements.
