絮凝和稀释对尾矿沉降性能的影响及工程建议 被引量:10

Effect of Flocculation and Dilution on the Tailings Setting Performance and Project Proposal

摘要 针对深锥浓密机在尾矿浓缩过程中絮凝效果差这一问题,开展了稀释倍数和絮凝剂添加时间对尾矿沉降性能影响。共准备7组质量分数为25%的尾矿料浆,其中3组料浆先分别稀释至20%、15%和12%,再加絮凝剂;3组料浆先添加絮凝剂,再稀释至20%、15%和12%;还有1组料浆添加絮凝剂但不稀释作为对照实验。7组料浆沉降实验结果表明,随着尾矿稀释质量分数降低,沉降速度明显加快,并对尾矿稀释倍数和沉降速度加快倍数进行回归,结果显示,二者遵循幂函数关系;相同尾矿稀释质量分数,絮凝剂在稀释前添加和稀释后添加尾矿沉降速度相差较大,稀释后添加分别是稀释前添加的2.5倍、7.0倍和14.5倍。从物理模型角度解释了稀释倍数、絮凝剂添加时间对沉降速度的影响。根据实验结论,给出深锥浓密机絮凝剂添加点布置建议,为深锥浓密机高效运行提供依据。 In view of the fact that poor flocculation efficiency in the process of railings setting by the deep cone thicken- er (DCT), the effect of dilution ratio and flocculating agent adding time on the setting performance was studied. Total seven tailings samples of 25% mass fraction were prepared. Three samples diluted to the mass fraction of 20%, 15% and 12% first and then added the flocculating agent. Three samples added the flocculating agem first and then diluted to the mass fraction of 20 %, 15 % and 12 %, successively. And one sample added the flocculating agent without dilution as a control experiment. The seven samples test results show that the railings settling velocity has a big increase with the de creasing of dilution mass fraction. It is found that regression result of tailings dilution ratio and settling velocity increasing ratio follows the Power function. When the tailings dilution mass fraction is same, the settling velocity has a big differ- ence between the situation of flocculating agent added before dilution and after dilution. The settling velocity of latter is correspondingly 2. 5 times, 7. 0 times and 14. 5 times of the former at the dilution mass fraction of 20%, 15% and 12%. The effect of dilution ratio and flocculating agent added time on the tailings settling velocity explained from the view of physical model According to the experimental results, we gave the suggestion that flocculating agent added location was good for the efficient operation of DCT.
