基于ArcGIS的地下管网管理信息系统的设计与实现——以泉州市为例

摘要 以ArcGIS软件作为地理信息系统平台,C#.NET为开发语言,采用COM、SOA等技术开发地下管网管理信息系统。文章从系统目标、总体架构、功能设计、数据库设计、系统实现等方面阐述了系统的实现方案,系统建成后可以满足不同用户群体的实际需求。 A underground pipe network management information system with ArcGIS software as the geographic infor-mation system platform and C#.NET as developing rool,was developed independently by means of COM and SOA tech-nology and so on.In terms of the system target,overall architecture,function design,database design,and system realiza-tion,the system realization project was described.It is able to meet the actual needs of different types of users after the system is finished.
