摘要
目的探讨静脉用药调配中心开展临床药学的有效性。方法利用美康审方软件,结合《静脉用药集中调配操作规程》、药品说明书、《新编药物学》17版、《处方管理办法》有关规定、《459种中西药注射剂配伍变化及临床应用检索表》、《中国药典》2010版、各种疾病的《指南》与《注射药物相容性手册》等综合审方,指导临床合理用药。结论静脉用药集中调配中心(PIVAS)开展临床药学服务范围广,为每一位患者用药严格把关,真正做到患者用药合理、有效、安全、经济,因此可以大范围推广。
Objective to investigate the effectiveness of intravenous drug deployment center to carry out clinical pharmacy. Methods Integrating“Intravenous drug centralized deployment of operation rules”、dispensatory“New Pharmacology”（17 edition）“Prescription management method”,“In the 459 Western injection compatibility changes and clinical application of the retrieval table”,“China Pharmacopoeia”（2010 edition）“Guide”and“Injection of drug compatibility Handbook”, with the Pivas to guide rational administration. Conclusions Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Services （PIVAS） to carry out a wide range of clinical pharmacy services in our hospital. And, every patient medication is reasonable, effective, safe and economical. Therefore, it can be to extend in the wide range.
