摘要
目的总结王丽平教授临床应用苓桂术甘汤配合腹针临证经验。方法通过苓桂术甘汤配合腹针治疗眶肌炎、结节性痒疹及干燥综合征的医案来具体阐述王丽平教授应用苓桂术甘汤及腹针治疗思路。结果苓桂术甘汤配合腹针治疗眶肌炎、结节性痒疹及干燥综合征疗效显著。结论苓桂术甘汤加减应用配合腹针治疗体现了王丽平教授"脾胃为基""三焦立论"的学术思想。
Objective To sum up Prof. Wang Li- ping＇s clinical experiences in the treatment with linggui zhugan tang and abdominal acupuncture. Methods The medical cases of orbital myositis,nodular prurigo and Sjogren＇s syndrome were adopted to explain Prof. Wang Liping＇s therapeutic though on the application of linggui zhugan tang and abdominal acupuncture. Results The efficacy of linggui zhugan tang and abdominal acupuncture was significant on orbital myositis,nodular prurigo and Sjogren＇ s syndrome. Conclusion The treatment with the modified linggui zhugan tang and abdominal acupuncture reflects Prof. Wang Li- ping＇s academic thought as＂taking the theory of spleen and stomach as the foundation＂and＂determining the treatment based on Sanjiao theory＂.
