不同麻醉用药在神经外科手术中对患者应激反应的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的 比较瑞芬太尼与芬太尼麻醉用药对神经外科手术患者应激反应的影响。方法 120例神经外科手术患者按照麻醉用药不同分为观察组(瑞芬太尼组)63例与对照组(芬太尼组)57例,比较2组不同麻醉时间点的应激变化。结果 2组T1点SBP、DBP及HR比较无明显差异(P〉0.05),T2~T4点各项指标均有波动,但观察组波动变化较对照组更小(P〈0.05)。2组术前E、NE、PC、IL-6、IL-8各项指标比较无明显差异(P〉0.05),术后3d2组各项指标均有波动,但观察组波动变化较对照组更小(P〈0.05)。结论 瑞芬太尼对神经外科手术患者应激反应影响较小、安全性更高,可作为首选用药。
