摘要
为了提高焊接数值模拟的效率,采用分段移动热源计算船舶T型接头焊接变形和应力。沿焊缝方向施加分段移动热源,段内能量输入考虑时间效应并沿焊缝方向同时施加。分别应用瞬时移动热源与等效分段移动热源对船舶T型接头焊接过程进行有限元模拟,并与试验测量值进行了对比。结果显示,在划分合理段数的情况下,应用分段移动热源可以得到精度较高的残余应力和变形值,而仅需耗费应用瞬时移动热源时计算时间的3%左右。
Based on mathematical transformation, an equivalent method, transforming traditional moving heat source to corresponding segmented moving heat source model, is raised. For the purpose of improving calculation efficiency the welding line is divided into several segments, to each of which a type of time varying heat is input. Both traditional moving heat source and corresponding segmented heating model are adopted in the simulation of a T- shape joint that is widely used in ship building. The results are compared with experimental data and show good agreement. Time cost for the new method is reduced to about 3% of the cost for traditional one.
