摘要
叙述了中国水利信息化及其必要性,分析了水利信息化发展过程中存在的问题,提出了水利信息化带动现代化的策略,以此来为水利信息化建设提出建议。
The informatization of water conservancy and the necessity of it is described, the problems in the development process of informatization of water conservancy are analyzed, the strategy of promoting the modernization of water conservancy with informatization is presented, in order to make recommendations for the construction of informatization of water conservancy.
