摘要
利用ANSYS软件对某4M型二氧化碳往复压缩机的轴系建立有限元模型,并对其进行模态分析和瞬态响应分析。求解出了该轴系的前8阶模态,发现轴系的11倍频落在了第一阶扭转固有频率之间,为进一步确定轴系的扭转共振特性,对切向力进行谐波分析以判断该轴系的扭振情况。通过瞬态响应分析,确定了轴系系统在交变载荷下其上各点位移、应力、应变等参数随时间的变化规律,为判断轴系在运转中是否存在冲击载荷以及对轴系进行静强度和疲劳强度计算提供依据。
Through building up finite-element model, modal analysis and dynamic response of the crankshaft of a 4M type CO2 recip- rocating compressor are analyzed with ANSYS software. The first 8 modes are obtained and 11 times the frequency of the axis is found falling between the first order torsional inherent frequencies. In order to further determine the shafting torsional resonance characteristics, harmonic analysis of tangential force is made to judge the shafting torsional vibration. With transient response analy- sis, the variation curves of displacement, stress and strain with time for dangerous points on the crankshaft are respectively studied under the alternative load, which provides valuable basis for judging the presence of impact load in running and calculating the static and fatigue strength.
