摘要
建立了右旋雷贝拉唑钠的高效液相色谱测定方法:以YMC Triart C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)为固定相,以p H 6.0的磷酸盐缓冲液-乙腈(60∶40)为流动相,用紫外检测器进行测定,检测波长285 nm。雷贝拉唑钠浓度在0.02 mg/m L^0.08 mg/m L范围内与峰面积的线性关系良好(R=0.99997),雷贝拉唑钠在三种不同浓度下的加标回收率为99.94%~100.13%(RSD为0.20%)。该方法简便快速,结果准确可靠,可用于右旋雷贝拉唑样品的含量测定。
A method for the determination of the content of R-rabeprazole sodium by High Perfomance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) was developed. A C 18 column (YMC Triart C18, 4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) was chosen as stationary phase, a mixed solution of phosphate buffer (pH 6.0) and acetonitrile in a 60:40 ratio (v/v) was used as the mobile phase, and UV detection at 285 nm was utilized. There is good linear relation between the peak area and concentration of R-rabeprazolc sodium from 0.02 mg/mL to 0.08 mg/mL, the correlation coefficient R is 0.99997. The recoveries measured by standard addition method at three different concentrations are all in the range of 99.94 %-100.13 %, and their relative standard deviation is 0.20%. It is simple, convenient, rapid and accurate for assaying the content of R-rabeprazole sodium by using this HPLC method.
