摘要
近年来,汽车行业的法规更是越来越严苛和全面。例如很多国家和地区提出的标签法;欧盟,韩国,日本,俄罗斯等实施报废车辆指令(ELV)和中国政府提出的汽车禁用物质等。轮胎作为汽车的一个重要零部件,当然要符合汽车行业的所有法规。另外,轮胎作为一个复杂橡胶制品,生产过程中还会使用很多的化学材料。而近几年无论是国内还是国外,都对材料提出了严格的环保要求,禁止使用含有多环芳烃PAHs,重金属,高关注度物质SVHC的原材料。因此,正确应对国内外的环保法规,已经成为轮胎材料工程师的重要工作之一。
Recent year, regulation in moto industry is getting more and more rigid and comprehensive. For example, some country and area launched label regulation; EU, Korea, Japan and Russia launched Regulation of end life of vehicle. Chinese government launched forbidden matter in moto industry. Tire, as a part of vehicle, should reach all the moto regulations. During tire producing, a lot of ebemical matter needs to be used. At same time, a lot of environment friendly regulations are launched both in land and aboard. Such as： low PAHs, heavy metal and SVHC. So, it is important for material engineers to deal with the environment regulations.
