摘要
标准化改革是实现国家治理体系和治理能力现代化的重要举措,改变以政府标准为主导的一元结构,更多发挥市场的作用,调动企业和社会团体各方制订标准的积极性,是实现标准化事业科学发展的必然选择。设备监理行业标准化应适应新形势,紧跟国家标准化改革的步伐,大力推动标准化工作。
Standardization reform is an important move towards national governance system and modern governance capacity and inevitable choice to achieve scientific standardization development. To change the current structure that government standards are the only dominating standards, we need to utilize the mechanism of market and mobilize enterprises and social organizations to formulate standards. To promote plant engineering consulting standardization, we need to adapt to the new situation and closely keep up with the pace of national standardization reform.
