N-(3-苯甲酰丙烯酰基)水杨酰肼的合成和抗炎活性 被引量:1

Synthesis and Anti-inflammatory Activity of N-( 3-benzoyl acryloyl) Salicyloylhydrazine

摘要 为探讨双酰肼类化合物的合成方法和抗炎活性,以水杨酸甲酯和水合肼合成了水杨酰肼,通过傅克酰基化反应合成了3-苯甲酰丙烯酸,再与二氯亚砜反应获得了相应的3-苯甲酰丙烯酰氯,最后用水杨酰肼与3-苯甲酰丙烯酰氯反应得到N-(3-苯甲酰丙烯酰基)水杨酰肼.并对化合物进行了元素分析、IR、1H NMR和13C NMR表征,应用爪掌肿胀法进行了生物体抗炎活性测试.结果表明:N-(3-苯甲酰丙烯酰基)水杨酰肼具有较好的抗炎活性,值得进一步研究探讨. To investigate the synthesis and anti-inflammatory activity of diacylhydrazine compounds, salicyloylhydrazine was synthesized using methyl salicylate and hydrazine hydrate.Meanwhile 3-benzoyl acrylic acid was synthesized by Friedel-Crafts acylation and then reacted with thionyl chloride to obtain the corresponding 3-benzoyl acryloyl chloride.N-( 3-benzoyl acryloyl ) salicyloylhydrazine was synthesized by the reaction of 3-benzoyl acryloyl chloride and salicyloylhydrazine.The structures of the compounds were characterized by element analysis, IR, 1 H NMR and 13 C NMR. The anti-inflammatory activity in vivo was tested by the palm paw swelling method.The results showed that N-(3-benzoyl acryloyl) salicyloylhydrazine had good anti-inflammatory activity and were worthy of further research.
