摘要
对亚硝酸盐氮的两种测定方法——分光光度法和气相分子吸收光谱法进行了对比试验,测定了标准物质、地下水、生活污水、某地表水、某湖泊水中的亚硝酸盐浓度及加标回收率。结果表明:采用分光光度法和气相分子吸收光谱法测定结果和准确度均可满足实验要求,但是采用分光光度法需对水样进行预处理以去除干扰,而采用气相分子吸收光谱法测定水样不需要进行预处理,实验时间相对较短,更适合一些复杂水体中的亚硝酸盐氮的测定。
Two methods for determination of nitrite nitrogen,the spectrophotometric method and gas phase molecular absorption spectrometry have carried on contrast experiments.The concentration of nitrite and adding standard recovery of standard substance,groundwater,sewage,surface water,lake water had determined.The results showed thatthe methods of spectrophotometry and gas phase molecular absorption could meet the test requirements.But using spectrophotometric method was strongly influenced by different water bodies,so removing interference was necessary.While it was no need to preprocess when using gas phase molecular absorption spectrometry,and the experimental time was relatively short,more suitable for the determination of nitrite nitrogen in complex water.
