摘要
在知识经济时代,知识已成为现代企业进行技术创新、提升组织绩效和保持企业活力的法宝,企业需要对知识进行有效的管理。本文利用结构方程模型对知识共享和知识创新与组织绩效之间的关系进行了研究,对知识共享、知识创新对组织绩效的影响路径进行了深入的分析。
In the era of knowledge economy,knowledge has become a magic weapon for modern enterprises to conduct technology innovation,improve organizational performance and keep enterprise's vitality.Enterprises need to carry out effective management of knowledge.In this paper,using the structural equation model,the relationships between knowledge sharing,knowledge innovation and organizational performance are studied.An in-depth analysis is made of the path through which knowledge sharing and knowledge innovation influence organizational performance.
