含2,3,5,6-四氟亚苯基负性液晶合成及液晶性研究

Research on Synthesis and Liquid Crystalline Properties of Negative Liquid Crystals Containing 2,3,5,6-tetrafluorophenylene

摘要 设计并合成了2类含氟液晶化合物,分别为4-[(4-正烷氧基-2,3,5,6-四氟苯基)乙炔基]苯甲酸(2,3-二氟-4-正烷基)苯酯和4-[(4-正烷氧基-2,3,5,6-四氟苯基)乙基]苯甲酸(2,3-二氟-4-正烷基)苯酯,通过偏光显微镜和差示扫描热仪的检测发现,前者全氟乙炔类的液晶化合物为向列相液晶,液晶性能良好,具有较高的清亮点;后者全氟乙基类的液晶化合物不具有液晶性。2类目标化合物分别是通过sonogashira交叉偶联反应和钯催化加氢还原反应得到的。 In this paper, two kinds of fluorinated liquid crystal compounds were synthesized:(2,3-difluoro-4-n-alkly) phenyl 4-[(4-n-alkoxy-2,3,5,6-tetrafluorophenyl) ethynyl] benzoates and(2,3-difluoro-4-n-alkyl) phenyl 4-[(4-n-alkoxy-2,3,5,6-tetrafluorophenyl)ethyl] benzoates. These compounds were measured by polarizing microscope and differential scanning calorimetry. The formers perfluorinated ethynyl liquid crystal compounds are nematic liquid crystal which have good liquid crystal properties such as high clearing point; However, the latters perfluorinated ethyl liquid crystal compounds don't have liquid crystal properties. Two target compounds were synthesized by sonogashira cross-coupling reaction and then Pd/C catalytic hydrogenation reduction reaction.
